Notes

No agent skill was followed for creation. The oi-paper-explainer skill was read but deliberately not followed for tooling (the user asked for a self-discovered toolchain instead of its Manim/Tesseract pipeline); only its oi-transfer.mjs upload helper was used. The picture is one HTML page (Three.js + Canvas2D + SVG/rough.js + D3 scales on one GSAP timeline) captured deterministically by headless Chromium and encoded with ffmpeg; hero plates rendered with Blender Cycles. Dynamic visuals are driven by our own data: a 2D toy Langevin model (NumPy/SciPy), GFN2-xTB steered MD via tblite+ASE, RDKit geometries; paper values come from the paper's text and figures and are badged PAPER. Sound is synthesized in NumPy and mixed in ffmpeg. KaTeX was available in the harness but not used in this video.
